We also employed the latest 3D planning software to get the perfect job done right! This photo was taken at the Comet store located on Sears retail park in Shirley, Solihull.
We started loading our lorry at 6am and by 8.30am we were there and ready to start. At 9.30pm we'd finished. The following day was the event and by 4pm we could start to dismantle the structure. We finally arrived back at our warehouse at 12pm and finished unloading at 2am. - Wow what a shift!!
A few shoppers thought we were laying it out for them - to their disappointment! Well Mrs Cook from Hall Green, if your garden is over 100ft we'd be happy to deliver!
Our 3D software allowed us to produce a detailed plan from just about any angle you could imagine. We can make amendments to an existing plan and email them over to Speakeasy who can intern send the images to Comet PLC for approval. Simple really. But you don't have to be a large multinational to benefit from this service - We do this for every customer, no job is too small!!! So should you need a walkway or a large party marquee, leave it to us. We allocate the tables, chairs, dance floor, stage, entrance way, heaters - even plates on the tables if you wants us to!
The Comet Group MD commented, 'It is one of the nicest marquees I have ever been in'. We were of course, overjoyed to here this, and look forward to winning the 2007 contract!
TV chef, Gino D'Acampo entertained and delighted audiences in his purpose built kitchen in a Crest Marquee!
Gino sizzled, stirred and sliced his way through many hours of entertaining cooking demo's and presentations on behalf of Thomas Plant Ltd.
You may know Thomas Plant Ltd under its more popular brand, Kitchen Craft and more recently Master Class and Bar Craft. With all the equipment supplied by Thomas Plant Ltd, Gino could quickly work wonders. Needless to say, all the guests enjoyed the day.
Chelmsley Town football club hired Crest Marquees Ltd to create the perfect marquee for their 2006 Summer ball.
Guests were impressed and the night proceeded splendidly.
I'm not sure a week was long enough to get over the celebrations though, the result says it all CHELMSLEY TOWN 0, ENVILLE ATHLETIC 2.

Crest Marquees Ltd were pleased to provide a marquee for the Stratford-upon-Avon Dive Club. This event is held each year with the kind permission of the Boating club seen in the picture and takes place on the banks of the River Avon in the beautiful and historic Stratford-upon-Avon.
We eventually completed the marquee (no thanks to those pesky swans) It wasn't so much the swans that were a problem, but more to do with Rob on the erection crew. Rob was so scared of them that just one look for these beauties and he has to have a quiet lie down! Still never mine, with the local Mr Whippy ice cream van 20ft away, I managed to keep everyone happy!
We were delighted to welcome the Lord Mayor of Birmingham to the grand opening of the new Laural Management Birmingham office. Laural Management decided Crest Marquees Ltd were the best company for the job and promptly hired our services.
Sorry, no pictures of the Lord Mayor of Birmingham at this event. But, Mr Lloyd the photographer, I know you took some, so if you are reading this -- Please send me one!!
